Board of Directors Meetings
The Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency (F/ETCA) and San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor Agency (SJHTCA) are two joint powers authorities. The two Agencies operate under the name Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA), Board Meetings are held concurrently as one joint meeting.

Accommodation for Persons with a Disability
Any person with a disability who requires a modification or accommodation in order to participate in a TCA public meeting should contact TCA’s Clerk of the Board as soon as possible, preferably no less than two business days prior to the meeting, to enable TCA to make reasonable arrangements to assure accessibility.

Public Comment Policy Update
At the discretion of the TCA Board Chairs, TCA implemented the following public comment procedures for the Joint Board of Directors meetings.
- The initial public comment period will be at the beginning of the Board Meeting.
- The time period for the initial public comments will be up to one (1) hour.
- Each speaker will have three (3) minutes to speak to be sure as many public speakers as possible are accommodated within the initial period of public comments that is set for one (1) hour.
- If necessary, there will be a second period of public comments scheduled after all Board business has been conducted, before any closed session items.
