The Toll Roads provides reliable options in the regional transportation network to ensure a safe, dependable commute for motorists. To maintain free flow traffic conditions on The Toll Roads, various roadway improvements are planned or underway to keep pace with changing traffic conditions, land uses and demographics. 241/91 Express Connector Project
Improving Regional Mobility
Designed as a direct connector between the 241 Toll Road and 91 Express Lanes, the new route choice will result in enhanced traffic operations and mobility benefits.
SR 241 Loma Improvements Project
Operational Improvements to Meet Demand
Project to add one lane in each direction on the 241 Toll Road between the 133 and 261 Toll Roads, consistent with the planned ultimate corridor, to maintain free flow traffic conditions for drivers.
SR 73 Catalina View Improvements Project
Congestion-Free Operational Improvements
As usage continues to increase, operational improvements are needed to ensure congestion-free travel for drivers who use the 73 Toll Road during peak travel times.
